I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics of Masaryk University (Brno, Czechia).
Research interests: Labour, health, education economics. My research core focuses on two broad topics: discrimination in the marketplace (e.g., labour, rental housing, service markets), and effects of within cohort age differences (i.e., age at school entry). I am specialized in designing field experiments.
Secondary affiliations: I am an IZA and GLO Fellow, J-PAL Invited researcher, and HEDG Affiliate. I am a member of the Masaryk University Experimental Economics Laboratory (MUEEL).
My research has appeared in various journals, such as Journal of Economic Literature, American Journal of Health Economics, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization.
