Looking at the propagation conditions via EME and the setup of both stations, we could deduce that this communication would be almost impossible.
The difference between science and ideology is that the first learns from what does not work,,,,, the second does NOT.
In any case, these phenomena have occurred to me at the limits of HF and VHF, but rarer in UHF, never at higher frequencies.
