Vice President of the karate club Timok from 1993-1997, coach karate club Timok from Zajecar from 1993-1997 (1998) year.

President of the Municipal Committee for Socio Economic Affairs and Sports 1988-1990,Assistant Minister of Youth and Sports for Youth School Sports, coordinator of the Youth and School Sport Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Municipality of Zajecar 1993-1998 and founder of the school sports associations in primary and secondary schools, a member of the Assembly of the the Karate Federation of Serbia.Member of the Board the Karate Federation of of Eastern Serbia and the Karate Federation of Western Eastern Serbia,and the Karate federation of Serbia.As a coach kc.Cables (Cable Factory) won the highest sports awards with their students,both at national championships thus and international competitions.

More years kc.Cables was state champion, champion of Eastern Serbia, Champion West Eastern Serbia, Serbian champion, champion of Yugoslavia, Champion of Serbia and Montenegro,won awards with the Yugoslav national team in international competitions several gold, silver and bronze medals 2002,2003 year.

Based on the results, quality and working professionalism as karate club Cables are located at the very top of karate in Serbia, and Europe.He has written three books expert in the field of karate sport and karate skills; Introduction to karate skills; Karate history and development; Methodology of karate trening;wrote yet and two monographs,and novel Love and Punishment.

Six written books

For professional work and achieved high sports results sports received high recognition from the relevant sports associations and institutions in the field of sport, and his students (athletes) were proclaimed for the best athletes in Republic of Serbia.

Already 30 years practicing karate, and for 24 years as coach.Worked as an lecturer and as an instructor at the Youth Scientific Centre (School of Health that included scientific work, the influence of physical exercise on health, recreation, adult, shedding weight, etc.).

He has recorded emissions for scientific and educational program of the Radio Television Serbia (RTS) with dr.Pavle Kovacevic.

Dr.Pavle Kovachevic Professor, University of Belgrade handed D.Lozanovic award for high achievements in sports development and contribution to karate in Republic of Serbia as a then-coach and vice president of kc.Timok, on the occasion of 30 years of karate in cooperation with the Serbian Japan Friendship Society (theater Zoran Radmilovic Zajecar).

Dragisa Lozanovic at that time performed the function of Vice President of the Youth Council, coordinator for youth and school sports, board member of the Sports Federation Zajecar, based on the functions organized a selection of the best athletes from all sports Zajecar.

As coordinator of the Ministry of Youth and Sports has been tasked to form a school sports societies in primary and secondary schools and the society today exist in Zajecar schools.
