Founded in 1981 by Mrs. Anna Laird Minear, the Loxahatchee Guild is a dedicated group of women who work to preserve local history through advocacy and fundraising efforts.
- Raised over $725,000 in the past 30 years for the preservation of local history.
- Has an Annual Gala, which is the main source of funding for the specific projects in the Guild.
- Received the 2010 Fannie James Pioneer Achievement Award presented by the Historical Society of Palm Beach County.
- Is a 501(c)3, non-profit corporation registered with the Florida State Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, Division of Consumer Affairs.
