Welcome to the Lake of the Woods Property Owners Association

The LOWPOA is a mutual benefit trust originally founded as a friendship group for property owners in the Lake of the Woods community of Frazier Park, California. While not a Home Owners Association per se, the LOWPOA consists of Lake of the Woods property owners, residents, and businesses seeking to develop stronger ties and relationships within the community.

The LOWPOA owns and operates Cuddy Hall, a community building named after Florence Cuddy. Cuddy Hall is home to a variety of special events throughout the year and available to rent for special occassions by LOWPOA members and non-members alike.
