The Long Branch Valley Lot Owners is a group of property owners in Southwest Austin formed to enhance and preserve the quality of life in our area.
We welcome any individual property or business owners on Long Branch Drive, Sleepy Hollow Road, Little Thicket, Bonham Lane and Winding Creek as well as any streets that connect to these.
The Lot Owners Group is a volunteer group made up of neighbors looking to protect property values, promote community and maintain safety in our little piece of Austin.
Maps for our neighborhood may be accessed on the "In My Neighborhood" page of this website.

US 290 and SH 71 through Oak Hill act as a gateway to the hill country and serve as a key route to Austin for the residents of Oak Hill, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs and other developing communities. US 290 extends from IH 10 near Junction to IH 610 in Houston, and SH 71 extends from US 87 near Brady to SH 35 near Blessing. The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority, the Texas Department of Transportation, Capital Metro, the City of Austin and Travis County have partnered together to improve long-term mobility in the area. The newly launched Environmental Study, also called the Oak Hill Parkway, will consider the needs of drivers making local trips as well as drivers traveling across the state. Your feedback is critical to the success of the Oak Hill Parkway Improvements.
