Teaching

Over the past 13 years at Appalachian State University, I have taught a variety of courses from introductory level classes like Introduction to Physical Geology to upper level courses required for all Geology majors such as Sedimentology and Stratigraphy. I absolutely love teaching and am continuously looking to improve my teaching style. I engage students with class discussions, hands-on demonstrations, and current events about Earth Science.
