New York State law requires that all dogs over 4 months old be licensed.  The Town Clerk's office issues dog licenses under the authority of the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.  The dog license must be renewed annually and notices will be sent out.  The annual fee is $6 for a spayed/neutered dog and $13 for an unspayed/unneutered dog.
