Biography
Ruidong Li received a bachelor in engineering from the Department of Information Science & Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University, Zhejiang, China, in 2001. He received a master and doctorate of engineering from the University of Tsukuba, respectively, both in computer science. Dr. Li was a senior researcher at National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), Japan from April 2008 to Feburary 2021. Now he is an associate professor in Kanazawa University, Japan.
