Lion of Judah Homes for Children
Our Mission is to build and sustain homes for orphans and needy children in impoverished areas around the world.
We need primarily your prayer support but also any practical help God leads you to share to begin to build the first Lion of Judah home in the village of Martur, in the state of Andhra Pradesh, in India.
We believe that Jesus is God and that he commands us to care for the orphans:

to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
God used this poem, Hungry For Life, and others from the Godpoems collection, to bring co-founders Elisha Jonnalagadda and Steve Pursell together in the Lion of Judah Homes for Children vision to build beautiful orphanages for His precious little ones all over the world. We are beginning the work in Martur, India where Elisha and his wife Suneetha live and minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ and care for orphans there.
