Registration for the 2012 workshop closed May 15th, 2012. Please join us next year.
To register you will need a credit card. We can't accept checks or POs.
U of Kentucky personnel can register for free if space permits. Go through the regular registration process and make sure to use your uky.edu email address. This will enable the option to be enrolled without paying
If you sign up for the workshop but decide not to come, you may get a full refund provided you contact us by one week before the workshops begins. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than one week in advance
