Lincoln Recreation Council - Fall Program

After a successful summer, the Lincoln Recreation Council, Inc. is planning a spectacular Fall program for children ages 5 – 12. There will be two separate programs on Thursdays lasting for seven weeks. These programs will take place at the Lincoln Elementary Community School.

Starting on Oct. 23, from 6:00 – 6:45, children who are in Grades K – 2 are invited for Thursday night “Fun Nights.” The cost of this program is $20.00. Students will play with skipping ropes, hula hoops, parachute, balls, ribbons, etc. Please ensure your child has indoor sneakers to participate.

Starting on Oct. 23 , from 7:00 – 8:00, students in grade 3, 4 and 5 are invited to participate in a fun-filled Sports and Activity Club each Thursday. Sports and activities will include: basketball, soccer, cooperative games, skipping, etc. The cost of this program is $20.00. Please ensure your child is dressed has indoor sneakers to participate.

*** If you have more than one child entering the program, each additional child will be $15.00.

Alison Bush will be supervising and organizing these two programs. There will also be a few “junior leaders” from High School who help. Please introduce yourself to the leaders when you pick up your child so they know who you are. If there is any change in your child’s transportation home please let the leaders know.

It is important that you confirm your registration at lincolnrecreation@gmail.com. You can hand in the attached registration form and registration fee when you arrive on Oct. 23. Please remember you will need to have e-mailed lincolnrecreation@gmail.com in order to reserve your child’s spot. Spots will be awarded on a first-come, first – serve basis and they fill up quickly. You will receive a confirmation e-mail if your child is registered in the program.

*** Information sheet and registration fee are due on Oct. 23 . This seven week program will end on Dec. 4, 2014
