Come SAIL Away…

The Lincolnia SAIL Team has led an entire year of SAIL classes at Lincolnia and I (Karen) wanted to recognize our OUTSTANDING instructors on their dedication to leading classes and making SAIL fabulous! Alexa Arnold has been our SAIL Coordinator and has gotten the ball rolling and keeps us on track! Alexa’s enthusiasm and expectation for the process to be organized and adhere to the procedures for SAIL has made Lincolnia the SAIL flagship. She has modified the chair exercise class we had prior to SAIL and implemented the changes accordingly. In addition she has made presentations in the community and at other centers on taking the SAIL class and it’s benefits. Kat Fanelli stepped up and became certified in SAIL after teaching our fabulous high energy Aerobics Class. Kat teaches at Lincolnia 5 days a week (2 SAIL classes, 2 Aerobics, and Line Dance – phew!) and we can always count on her to wear us out! Robert Chen led our weekly Arthritis class that has now taken on a new name and teaches SAIL at 2 other centers in addition to Lincolnia! Everyone loves Robert and looks forward to his class EVERY Thursday! You will see more faces joining in leading the SAIL classes as they are growing as we welcome Adam and Nanette! Thank you Lincolnia SAIL Team – you are the best!!

Bring a friend, make a friend at Lincolnia.

Thank you for taking the time to register if you do! Not only are you a better informed member but it helps us know what classes are popular so we can offer more of the programs you like!
