WHO?
Intermediate Piano Class Description
The Intermediate Piano class is designed for students with fundamental knowledge of music and basic note reading skills. This course builds upon existing skills and introduces more complex musical concepts and techniques. Students will learn to read and interpret chord symbols, master five-finger patterns, and understand scales and accidentals. By the end of the class, students will be able to play intermediate-level pieces with greater confidence and musicality.
Prerequisites:
● Basic understanding of music notation
● Ability to read simple sheet music
● Familiarity with the piano keyboard
● Ability to play single line melody within a 5-finger range in the right hand with simple accompaniment in the left hand

WHEN?
- Thursday evenings from 5:30pm-7:00pm
- February 5th - April 23rd(no class March 19th)
HOW MUCH?
- $190 + $5 application fee includes: textbook and all additional materials and 11 weeks of instruction. Refund up to January 26th, minus $68 processing fee. NO REFUNDS after January 26th, 2026.
HOW TO REGISTER:
- Registration is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration begins on Monday, August 5th, 2026
- The deadline to submit the enrollment form is January 26th, 2026
