I have been named Canada Research Chair in Causal Machine Learning.
I am co-organizing (with Gustavo Bobonis, Ismael Mourifié, and Raji Jayaraman) a workshop, Forging a Path: Causal Inference and Data Science for Improved Policy, to be held during Nov 10-11 in Toronto, Canada. This is part of a two-year Emerging Data Science Program we co-organize at Data Sciences Institute, University of Toronto: Bringing together data science and causal inference for better policy recommendations.
