Consideration of others - Please respect your neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum from 10pm to 7am, when playing music, going up and down stairs, and opening and closing doors. Noise complaints are handled during office hours.
Garbage should be placed in the garbage dumpster between the buildings. Please abide by the mandatory recycling requirements.
Gas/Charcoal grills and barbecues are not allowed on any porches, or any part of the building. Grilling is allowed outside, provided you set up at least 10 feet away from any part of the building, which includes porches and roofs.
To protect the integrity of the building Satellite Dishes are not allowed. Cable is available to those who choose to purchase it.
Storage Units are located in the basement of your apt. building. Please be sure to keep the area clean and safe to avoid fire hazards. Use only the designated storage unit that corresponds to your apt. number. Tenants are required to empty and clean units upon vacating an apartment. Tenants will be charged for the disposal of contents left behind.
Basement and Laundry Facilities Hours are from 7am to 10pm.
Pets are not allowed in the building.
Telephones are to be installed in rooms where jacks are provided.
Please use only portable porch furniture on porches, as it is shared space for all to enjoy.
Painting is not allowed in any area of the apartment without written permission. Pounding nails or screws into the ceiling, woodwork, or cabinets is prohibited.
Rent Payments: Rent is due the first of each month. There is a $25.00 late fee if the payment is received after the 5th of each month. Please send payments to: Limoge Properties, 833 Queen City Park Road, Suite 31, South Burlington, VT 05403.
