Work Experience

I have worked for Sanford Hospitals for the last 3 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Starting in Sanford Vermillion in 2015, I worked on the impatient floor, as well as an emergency room cases that came in. My duties included helping to provide care to all types of patients located in the emergency room and impatient center. This includes but not limited to; taking blood sugars, taking vitals (blood pressure, temperature, oxygen levels, etc.), giving baths/showers, assisting with gate belts, working with medical equipment, charting, and answering phones. In 2017 I had the opportunity to transfer to Sanford Sioux Falls, I now work in the Radiology department, where I help bring patients from all over the hospital to their x-ray, MRI, CT scan, or any sort of radiation. I love my job, and working so closely with patients. It has brought me so many wonderful learning experiences and memories. Additionally, I am Pharmacy Technician at Hy-vee In Vermillion. This gives me the opportunity to learn about all types of medications and treatments, while still working closely with people. Below you will find my complete resume.
