Hello! Welcome to FAITHLAB in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at NYCU.
The lab is led by Prof. Jerry Tai. Our interests include machine learning techniques for biomedical applications and wearable electronics for personalized medicine. Jerry obtained his Ph.D. from UC Berkeley. Here is his curriculum vitae.
If you are interested in joining our group, please email j.tai@nycu.edu.tw. We currently have several openings for postdocs and grad students.
For international students: why study at NYCU? It is a leading university located at the global center of semiconductors. Based on the Times Higher Education Impact Ranking, it is ranked #41 globally in the year 2025. The QS World University Rankings ranks NYCU in the #101 to 200 category. Our close collaboration with the Hsinchu Science Park also offers unique opportunities for students and researchers.
