How long have you been at Liberty? 15 years

Who or what inspired you to become a media para?

When I was a TAP parent at Hampshire Elementary for my kid’s teachers, I also tapped in the library. I really loved being in the school setting and helping in the library. Mrs. Miranda was the librarian there and helping her made me realize that this was something I truly loved to do. When the media para position opened up there, I was very fortunate to be hired and able to continue to work with Mrs. Miranda. My position became split for three years between HES and Liberty before I was able to work full time at Liberty. The job has certainly changed throughout my 21 years, but I still love what I do!

What is your favorite quote?

My favorite is “Between the pages of a book is a wonderful place to be.”

What profession other than your own would you most like to attempt?

A baker. I have always had a dream to own a little bakery/gift shop as I love to bake!
