I wrestled at Liberty High School where I was a 2-time State qualifier, taking 6th place my senior year. I attended Pacific University where I was a 4-year varsity wrestler while earning my degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. After returning to the Pacific Northwest to begin my career, I joined the Liberty coaching staff in the spring of 2014. I became the head coach in 2018.

I started to wrestle competitively in the 6th grade while growing up in Enumclaw, WA. I was privileged to have had the opportunity to wrestle on some of the best teams in the state during this time. Throughout my high school career I bounced back and forth between the varsity and JV lineups. I qualified for the regional wrestling tournament 3 of my four years in high school helping my team to earn 4 straight 4A region championships and multiple State titles. After high school I went to Green River CC on a baseball scholarship and then transferred to Central Washington University. During my time at Central, I joined the wrestling club as they did not have a team. We would travel to local tournaments on most weekends and holidays. After an up and down time with the CWU wrestling club, I took a ten year break from the sport to focus on my family and career. I stepped back on the mat in November of 2018 as an assistant with Liberty High School in order to provide my insights and knowledge to the next generation of wrestlers. Go PATS!
