American Red Cross Blood Donation

Due to the blood shortage in our nation, LHS Service Club will award service hours for blood donation at any time during the school year.

• Students will receive 3 hours credit if he/she or a parent donates blood.

• The form below must be completed, signed by a Red Cross Representative and returned to Jessica Morman or Angie Martin to receive credit.

• You must be 17 to donate. Parent permission is required for 16 year old students.
