Fixed: LGXFan tray utility now requires elevation under Vista/Seven to launch. This is needed for WinIO.dll to gain access to memory.
Fixed: PNG icons are back to PopupMenu and Background changed to white.
Change: Versioning management is now in the 'hands' of the compiler, so it will be build-dependant!
