2026 Lockhart FFA Booster Club Annual BBQ and COOK-OFF
PROMOTER RULES AND REGULATIONS
Event held at Lockhart City Park.
No electricity is available. Contestants must supply all needed equipment and supplies.
All fires must be in containers, not on the ground. Please use grease traps. Please do not dispose of hot coals in the trash cans.
FRIENDLY REMINDER THIS IS A FAMILY EVENT
Excessive use of alcoholic beverages, as well as disruptive behavior and or improper conduct, will be grounds for disqualification.
No alcoholic beverages or pets will be allowed in the judging area. All pets must be on a leash.
Water will be furnished to the judges, while they are in the judging area.
All teams must vacate the premises by no later than 10:00AM on Sunday.
There will be no refunds issued.
The Lockhart FFA Booster Club BBQ Committee reserves the right to make additional regulations as situations warrant. Decisions of the Committee will be final.
