SOEP-Innovation Sample

I lead the SOEP Innovation Sample (SOEP-IS), a research-oriented extension of the German Socio-Economic Panel Study (SOEP) based at DIW Berlin. Running since 2011, SOEP-IS follows around 5,000 respondents who are representative of the German population. It provides an infrastructure for innovative survey modules, methodological experiments, and interdisciplinary research, serving as a platform for developing and testing new research questions, methods, and approaches in the social sciences.
