Zhuoyuan Chen (Levin)

Brief Bio:

Zhuoyuan Chen is Member of Technical staff at xAI. Before joining Google,  he was a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Google from 2024 to 2025, working on Gemini. He was at Apple from 2020-2024, Uber ATG from 2019-2020, Facebook AI Research from 2017-2019 and IDL (Institute of Deep Learning), Baidu LLC from 2014-2017. He obtained his Ph.D. in the EECS Department of Northwestern University in June 2014, with Prof. Ying Wu as his advisor. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Tsinghua University, China, in 2007 and 2010 respectively.
