In Arithmetic you use the order of operations
to solve equations with multiple steps.
Example: 5(4+5)+(5X5).
Remember:
P= Parenthesis
E= Exponents
M= Multiplication
D= Division
A= Addition
S= Subtraction
Inverse Operations such as Multiplication and Division/ Addition and Subtraction are grouped together and when you only have those left in your equation you just work your way from left to right.
