Le Paradis Homeowners Association

Le Paradis Subdivision is located in Coweta County along Fischer Road, Sharpsburg, Georgia, 30277

Our covenants include a "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restriction and Easements for Le Paradis," the "Architectural Guide" and "By-Laws of the Le Paradis Homeowners Association, Inc." The purpose of our covenants is to provide for the preservation and enhancement of the property values in our neighborhood. A copy of the covenants must be provided to a new homeowner at closing. Annual member dues ($288 per year) are required by July 1 of each year or a late fee applies. New members are assessed an initiation fee of $250 payable at closing. Foreclosures are assessed an additional fee equal to two years of dues payable at closing.
