Our 2015 Annual Meeting held on January 12, 2015 did not meet quorum. In light of this, we are holding a second meeting on February 9, 2015, 7 PM. If you did not attend the first meeting, please consider attending this second one, or returning your Proxy to Lawrence Management so that we can meet quorum. If we do not meet it this time, we will need to schedule a third meeting.
The 2015 Annual Meeting will be held at 7 PM on January 12, 2015 in the clubhouse.
The 2014 Annual Meeting was held at 7 PM on January 13, 2014 in the clubhouse.
