Feb. 17th, 2023. Ilsong acquired a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)! Congratulations!
Nov. 12-16th, 2022. Ilsong, Eunji, Jiwon, Dong-Hyun, Yi-Seon, Jihyun, and Hae-Yong attended the SfN 2022 and presented their works! Jiwon's abstract was selected for a talk at Nanosymposium!
Sep. 5th, 2022. Yi-seon and Seungmi attended the Keystone Symposia 'Neurocircuitry of Social Behavior' and presented their works! Yi-Seon's abstract was selected for a talk!
July. 1st, 2022. SPL joined the Center for Synaptic Brain Dysfunctions at IBS!
Apr. 1st, 2020. Ilsong and Jiwon received an award for the Short Term Innovative Research grant from the KAIST College of Life Science and Bioengineering!
Feb. 21st, 2020. Jae-Hyun and You-Hyang earned a Doctor of Philosophy (a.k.a. Ph.D.)! You-Hyang received a PhD Thesis Award for Excellence from the KAIST Dept. Biological Sciences! Yang-Seon earned a Master's degree! Congratulations!
Apr. 11st, 2019. Daun, Ilsong, Jae-Hyun, You-Hyang attended the EMBO-EMBL Symposia 'Probing Neural Dynamics with Behavioral Genetics' and presented their works!
- Ilsong's abstract was selected for a short talk! He gave a 15min talk at the EMBO-EMBL!
- Jae-Hyun's poster was selected for a flash talk!
- You-Hyang received the travel grant!
- Daun, Jae-Hyun, You-Hang presented their posters! All four stories are getting ready to go!

Oct. 15th, 2018. 1st BRL workshop in Seoul! Ilsong, Daun, Yang-Seon, Eunhye attended together. Ilsong and Eunhye presented their ongoing research!
Sep. 19th, 2018. Daun and Yang-Seon received the Best Poster Presentation Award at the International Conference KSMCB2018!
Sep. 3rd, 2018. Eunhye joined our lab as a visiting graduate student from SNU. Gunwoong started his undergraduate thesis research. Both will work on building a VR (virtual reality) setup for mice!
Sep. 1st, 2018. You-Hyang finished her duty as a lab 'zzhang'. Ilsong became a new zzhang! (Good job, You-Hyang, and good luck, Ilsong!)
Aug. 31st, 2018. Jae-Hyun, Ilsong, Daun, and Yang-Seon presented posters at the 21st Annual Meeting of the Korean Society for Brain and Neural Sciences. Jae-Hyun received the Best Poster Presentation Award!
