HIPFG offers its clients access to a definitive forgivable loan program for humanitarian infrastructure projects of at least $150M US (i.e. housing, schools, hospitals, municipal water and sewage installations, etc) in countries that require assistance.
These loans are forgivable if and only if very strict conditions on ensuring execution of the approved projects are met. These strict conditions have been developed over time and are imposed to optimize the assets being provided to the needy and to avoid unscrupulous officials and contractors in the country involved receiving the loan/donation by illegally diverting those funds or the assets provided for personal use or advantage.
The clients applying for the funds are normally very large Project Developers or Contractors with verifiably good track records of performance and integrity. The funds are subject to all the scrutiny and US government controls provided for in the US Patriot Act. The recipient of the funded assets built must be a Not-For-Profit Organization as qualified by the USA tax code, Article 501(c) 3.
Should your government or company be interested in learning more about this program, please contact Mr Paul G. Addy at (418) 486-7904 or by e-mail at pgaddy6@gmail.com . A series of interviews/communications will determine whether your project is one that would qualify under the rules of the program.
