These cozy log cabins are identical to each other

Features: NOW with Satellite TV, Queen Size Bed, Full Size Futon Couch, TV & DVD Player, Fire Place, Full Kitchen with Cookware, Dishes, Toaster, Coffee Pot, and Microwave, Separate Living Area.  (Linens provided for futon upon request.)

Description: These cozy and romantic log cabins are located at the top of the property.  It has pine tongue and groove walls and ceilings and carpet on the floor.

Price : $105/night** 

Cabins 3 - 4  &  5 - 6:  1 Room, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps up to 6

These Duplexes are identical to each other.  The two sides are separated by the kitchen & dining room, not shared.

You can rent one side and the kitchen, and the other side will be locked off, or rent the entire space.

Features: NOW with Cable TV, 2 Full Size Beds, Full Size Futon Couch, TV & DVD Player.

Description: These duplex cabins are located towards the bottom of the property.  There is a Full Kitchen/dining room with Cookware, Dishes, a Toaster, and a Coffee Pot that separates the two sides.  I will lock off what you don't want.  The kitchen is not shared.  (Linens provided for futon upon request.)

Price: $105/night** for each side, and $20.00/night for the kitchen and dining Room

Kitchen and Dining Room for Cabins 3-4 & 5-6:

Features: Cookware, Dishes, Coffee Pot, Toaster, Microwave, and a Picture Window overlooking the Lane Ranch.

Description: This Full Kitchen/Dining Room separates the two sides of the duplex; the kitchen is NOT shared.

Price:$15 /night**

Motel 7 & 8:  1 Room, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps up to 2

Features: 1 King Size Bed, Mini Frig, Coffee Pot, DVD Player, and NOW with Satellite TV.

Description: This one-room unit is located towards the middle of the property.

Price: $70/night**: $2.00/night additional charge for each night in excess of two. No Pets

Motel 9:  2 Room, 1 Bathroom, and Kitchen, Sleeps up to 4

Features: 1 Queen Size Bed & 1 Full Size Futon, Mini Frig, Coffee Pot, DVD Player, Satellite TV, and kitchen.

Description: This two-room unit is located towards the middle of the property.

Price: $100/night**: $2.00/night additional charge for stays exceeding 4 nights. No Pets

A 50% deposit for the stay is due at the time of reservation, with the balance due at check-in. Please note that no refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations or early checkouts.  If the reservation isn't cancelled, at 9 PM we will put the key in the door and charge the balance to the credit card.

*$15/night additional charge for pets, in cabins.

**A small cleaning fee will be added to 1-night stays, ranging from $5 to $10.

50% deposit for stay, due at time of reservation, and balance due at check-in.  

NO REFUNDS or CREDITS for cancellations or early checkout.  If the reservation isn't cancelled, at 9 PM we will put the key in the door and charge the balance to the credit card.

3 Night Minimum stay for some holidays.
