I am a microeconomic theorist working primarily in welfare economics, public economics and behavioral economics. My main research focus is on issues of fairness and distributive justice. Some of the topics I have studied include equitable opportunities, discrimination and affirmative action, equity in exchange and production economies, altruism, redistribution, and endogenous social sentiments. My work has appeared in numerous journals including The American Economic Review, Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Mathematical Economics, Journal of Public Economics, Games and Economic Behavior, and Social Choice and Welfare.
