This is the website for the Laurel Mountain Elementary FIRST Lego League Club.
We will be updating this website often to include information about the 2018-2019 season news and awards as well as the plans for the upcoming 2019-2020 season.

What your registration fee pays for:
Use of an LEGO Mindstorms EV3 kit from LME
Registration fee with US First organization. They sponsor the FIRST LEGO League challenge.
2019 City Shaper game materials (field setup kits and game board)
Participation fee in the Central Texas FIRST qualifying tournament
Participation fee in the Central Texas FIRST invitational tournament (not all teams will receive an invitation)
T-shirts are not covered and purchased by teams individually
Important Note: Only online payments will be accepted
Registration details
Registration opens Monday, April 29, 2019 at 8:00am! The registration fee is $118, which is collected on registration.
Registration fees are not refunded once teams are formed in late May.
Registration ends Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 5:00pm.

Information for Parent Volunteers (Coaches and Mentors)
Make sure you register as a volunteer for both Round Rock ISD and FIRST Lego League. WE CANNOT ORDER MATERIALS FOR YOUR TEAM IF AT LEAST TWO PARENT VOLUNTEERS HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS IN THE FIRST LINK!
FIRST Lego League Coach User Account and Background Check
Click on Create User Account in the lower right corner and follow the instructions to complete the background check with FIRST.
Click on Create Team. (Do not create a team unless you are the 'head coach' of your team.)
Add Laurel Mountain Elementary as the sponsor school.
Add vanessa_sapp@roundrockisd.org as the Purchaser Contact.
Add Sara_Richards@roundrockisd.org as the School Contact.
Do not purchase any materials or services at this point! Only Vanessa is authorized to create the purchase request for the LME teams.
