Laura Marie Getz

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neuroscience, Cognition & Behavior and Director of the Cognitive Science Program at the University of San Diego. I run the Language and Music Perception (LAMP) Lab, where my research program encompasses music, speech, and cross-modal perception using a combination of behavioral, cognitive neuroscience, and computational modeling approaches.
