I am currently working with 101 Lacrosse based out of Sonoma County, CA as their girls director. As the girls director, I collaborate with 101 coaches to develop practice and tournament plans, individual goal setting activities, 101 Lax player development benchmark standards, and assist with general operations as they relate to girls events or teams.
When guest coaching or planning training programs my goal is to develop systems and plans that will help all players to continue to develop. My focus is more than just the x's and o's of lacrosse. Our programs address developing:
the speed and agility necessary to compete at a higher level
individual stick skills
advanced team strategies
sports nutrition
position specific skills for centers and goalies
knowledge of the college recruiting process
sense of community ownership through volunteer service
