I am an evolutionary biomechanist and palaeontologist investigating the link between form and function in living and extinct animals. I study the evolution of feeding and locomotion in a wide range of taxa - primarily fossil and extant amphibians, reptiles, fish and birds - through medical imaging and 3D visualization, biomechancial modelling and experiments.

I am currently a Senior Research Associate in the School of Earth Sciences at the University of Bristol.
