The Rates of Laser production Depend on a variable of factors . Every event will be it's own price. Most all people do not realize what takes place before , after and during their event for laser production .

There is a great deal of maintenance , alignment , repair and cleaning each projector before and after each time of use . These projectors are extremely sensitive . Lasers also only work for only a number of hours before it burns out like a light bulb. Also Programing and writing shows also can take many hours depending on your laser application needs . This to be done before your event .

Every Laser show requires paperwork to be completed per show for government variances . Also every projector has a registration just like at the DMV for your car . This is completed for each and every laser projector . This is all included as our service .

The price variation also depends on the size and number of projectors needed to accommodate your projector needs . An outdoor show requires a more powerful projector than an indoor application . Laser projectors are also very expensive for purchase So the price roll down for hire is adjusted accordingly . Cabling and mounting / rigging these projectors play a part in your price quote . The amount of crew required to accommodate your event will also be considered in your price quote . Travel , crew accommodations and meals will also be accounted for in your price as well . If extra days are required for your event for prep / rehearsals , this can also be a factor in your price . These crew prices are as typical for "any" production crew .

Beam Shows : These type of shows will be priced much cheeper than a graphic show due to the amount of design in pre event .

Graphic Shows : These tend to run a bit more in cost . These kind of shows can take up to hundreds of hours to create depending on your application .

Fog and haze machines are essential for beam shows . These machine emits moisture particles in the air and the laser illuminates the moisture particles . Without moisture in the air the laser beams are not as vivid . We use the cleanest , odorless, least intrusive and environmentally friendly fluids on the market for client / audience satisfaction . Depending on the size of the venue / event this can be an added cost .

So with the factors listed above are the factors in your pricing . Every event situation is a different price bid and this is the reasons why there cannot be standard prices . Please take this into consideration .
