2022 League Tournament Information

The 2022 Lancaster-Lebanon Golf Championship Tournament will be held at Fairview Golf Course on Monday, September 26th, 2022.

Tournament Information

• Payment for the League Championship team participation must be a check made out to Fairview Golf Course.

• The cost is $35 per player, includes lunch after the round.

• Bring the check along on the day of the League Championship.

• One AAA Team and one AA Team will advance to the District 3 Team Tournament. Team scores are based on the total of the 4 lowest scores of each qualified 4-6 person team. Team rosters must be determined prior to the start of the tournament. Other players may participate as an independent qualifier.

• Based on the current District 3 Boys Tournament qualification formula with 17 AAA teams and 5 AA teams in the league, there will be 19 AAA entries and 6 AA entries from the LL League advancing to the District 3 tournament. Girls must shoot a max score of 104 for both AAA and AA to advance to the District 3 Girls Tournament.

• Spectator cart rentals will be limited to individuals who are physically prohibited from walking. All able-bodied spectators are expected to walk to minimize cart traffic.

Player Registration

• All league coaches must submit their participating players for both Boys and Girls to the committee via this website.

• Online registration windows for both boys and girls will be open until Thursday afternoon, September 22nd, at 1:00 pm.

Practice Rounds

• Practice rounds may be scheduled between 9/15 – 9/25

• Tee Times are available weekdays and weekends after 12:00pm

• Call Fairview ahead of time to make a tee time: 717-273-3411

• $20 per player to walk

• Players must be 18 years old to rent a cart

• Cart fee is $12

• Only Coaches may accompany players while paying the cart fee. Parents must pay cart and greens fees to join their child.

• Practice round payments may be check, cash or credit card on the day of the practice round.

Committee and Questions

• All league coaches will be assigned a playing group to monitor during the competition, serve on the rules committee, or work with the scoring committee.

• Coaches are encouraged to seek out volunteers to mark a group on the day of the event.
