How do I sign-up for trips?
Reservations for each trip can only be made by sending the full payment amount for the January and February trips, or the deposit amount for the March Trip.

Payments can be made in Cash, Check, Zelle, or PayPal. Send payments through Zelle to our email ladwpsnow@gmail.com. Checks are payable to "LADWP Snow Club." It can be given to any Snow Club Officer personally or via DWP Departmental Mail. Payments can also be mailed to Dustin Fischer at 111 N. Hope St., Room 1468, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

What time does the mountain open?

The lifts open from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm daily. The ticket windows open at 8:00 am.
Who can come on the trips?
Who can come on the trips?
Everyone is more than welcome to attend all the trips. This includes, but not exclusive to, children 18 years and older, family, friends, and non-city employees. However, when we provide transportation, priority will be given to LADWP employees.
What are the accommodations on the trips?
What are the accommodations on the trips?
Generally, condominiums ranging from studios to four-bedroom condos are reserved. Availability, cost, final head count, and proximity to the lifts/village are some factors that are taken into consideration.
All the condos have fully-equipped kitchens, linens, and towels. However, we recommend bringing your own bath towel, especially if you intend on utilizing their on-site hot tub.

When driving yourself to Mammoth, parking is available with a proper permit. The spaces available are limited so carpooling is always strongly encouraged. Permits will be obtained by a club representative.

A club representative will be checking-in for everyone. Condo access codes and parking permits will be given to the attendees upon arrival at the condo. Check-in time is at 4pm on day of arrival.

Check-out will be at 10am on the day of departure. You are responsible for following the check-out procedure of your unit.

There are several options for renting equipment: Rentals can be obtained from sporting stores such as Dick's Sporting Goods or Sports Chalet the day before departure. Mammoth Mountain conveniently provides rental locations at Main Lodge, Canyon Lodge, Eagle Lodge, and The Village. For a less expensive alternative, rental shops are also available in town.
