2026 Conference Logistics

We look forward to welcoming you at Wesleyan University on September 18-19!

The conference will begin with lunch on Friday, September 18, and conclude around 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 19. This year's Carolina Castilla Keynote Speaker will be Tavneet Suri of the MIT Sloan School of Management.

We have already notified presenters and are currently finalizing the conference schedule. 

Registration

There is no registration fee. Please complete the registration form below by August 21.

Meals

Meals from lunch on Friday through lunch on Saturday will be provided for all participants. Please indicate any dietary restrictions on the registration form. 

Accommodations

We have reserved two blocks of rooms for conference participants. We encourage you to book your hotel as soon as possible, as availability is limited.

Option 1: Inn at Middletown (walking distance to campus). Please use the code “WESFALLECON” when booking to receive the LACDev group rate of $219 per night. This rate is available until Saturday, August 15, after which the room block will be released.

Option 2: Courtyard Hartford Cromwell (approximately a 15-minute drive from campus). The link should automatically apply the event code so that you receive the LACDev group rate of $169 per night. This rate is available until Saturday, August 15.
