VENUE:
The Short Course will be held in the Downtown Hyatt Regency (401 W High St, Lexington, KY 40507) in the Patterson Ballroom (basement) and Thoroughbred Ballroom (main floor).
*PLEASE NOTE: This year's Short Course will be in a new venue as we return all meetings to the Hyatt. Please pay close attention to emails and website information to ensure you arrive at the correct location. Also, please allow yourself ample time to find the new meeting location.
PARKING:
All Short Course parking is currently in the "Hyatt" lot (500 W High Street, Lexington, KY 40507). Parking is free for meeting attendees, but it must be validated prior to leaving the lots.
LODGING:
The Hyatt Regency is holding a block of rooms for Short Course participants at the group/corporate rate ($152/night) until October 11, 2024. Attendees are urged to make their reservations early as space is limited. CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs):
CEUs will be requested for Categories 7, 8 and 10 in KY. In addition, CEUs will be requested from OH, IN, TN, IL, AR, VA WV, PA, MI, and MS. If you work in another state and would like your attendance to count towards that state's certification, we will gladly supply you with a copy of the program to submit to your state's authorities for evaluation.
