KymographClear
KymographClear 1.0 generates and saves kymographs from an image sequence. Kymographs are color coded for direction of motion.
KymographClear 2.0 includes a new filter for directions. Pauses are now highlighted in color.

KymographDirect
KymographDirect is a free stand-alone application to extract quantitative information from kymograph, in an automated way, with unprecedented accuracy and robustness. KymographDirect can extract features such as position, velocity, particle intensity, and computes relevant statistical analysis of these quantities. Even kymographs with multiple crossings can easily be analyzed.
To best benefit from KymographDirect, we strongly recommend to use kymographs generated with KymographClear, because these kymographs are of high quality and because this gives access to special features.
KymographDirect 2.0 allows for pause detection, diffusive particle tracking and manual linking of trajectories.
KymographDirect 2.01 correction of "slow mode" algorithm.
KymographDirect 2.1 improves extraction of trajectories from data with high velocity variability, thanks to a new parameter the user can tune: "Window search width"
KymographDirect 2.1a corrects a bug appearing when retrieving lines drawn in ImageJ (Mac issue only) and when accessing the tutorial files.
