• These sites contain information and demonstration material around the KX-Driver Environment and the possibilities of the E-mu DSP 10k1/2 "What could have been". (Sadly, E-mu is no longer in the business.)

• Concept, in particular the graphic design (v3.0), sound examples of this synthesizer instrument are owned by the author of this site. If necessary, the copyright owner was specifically stated.

• The Assembler/C++ sourcecode found within the plugins follows the rules of the KX-Project, which means basically GPL license. For more detailed information, please read the copyright statements on GitHub. 

• This project is free community based and not connected to any sound card manufacturer.

• (You should know that this software runs on some great sound cards made in the USA.)
