Short introduction to Dynare 2019
It is meant for the students who are not (yet!) experienced in using Dynare, and it explains how to run a code on Dynare and the structure of a simple Dynare code example that is from Johannes Pfeifer's webpage (the mod-file is called RBC_CME_basic.mod).
Practical advice: do not open a mod-file if you want to download a code from a webpage but save it directly to the folder. Your computer will try to open a mod-file as a media file and if you then save it the code will end up corrupt. Always open a mod-file in Matlab/Octave/Notepad or similar.
You can download Dynare to your computer at Dynare webpage.
