Merchant Fees
$50 first booth space.
$35 additional booth spaces.

All spaces will be marked, approx 7'x7'. Each space includes a tables and two chairs by default; merchants may request no table and/or chairs be set up in their space. Additional chairs may be requested, and will be placed if available in the order of registration. Special requests (end of aisle, near an outlet, etc) will be considered in the order of registration, and should be indicated in the "specific requests" section of the registration form. All merchant spaces will be in the gym.

All merchant payments are due by November 24. You will receive your booth placement assignment the morning of the event, after signing in at Gate, at the Merchant Check-in.

There are a limited number of spaces available. Registration will close on November 24, or when all available spaces are reserved, whichever comes first. If all spaces are reserved, a waiting list will be opened. If there are any cancellations, or if any merchant does not pay by the deadline, their reserved spaces will be offered to merchants on the waiting list.

If you are exchanging money for goods at the event, you are considered a Merchant, and need to register.

Merchant Setup
Merchant check-in will begin at 6:30 AM. Gate fees are not included in the booth fees.
Site will open to the populace at 9:00 AM. Site closes at 7:00 PM.
No refunds of merchant fees will be granted after November 24, 2018.

New this year, we will be offering ePay through the Kingdom PayPal account as a Merchant Fee payment option. Mailed checks are still perfectly acceptable. The terms for ePay payment are as follows:

1. Invoices must be paid by the due date or your reservation will be cancelled.
2. If you have questions or need to change anything once you have placed your reservation please contact the Calontir PayPal Deputy at
3. Refunds: The Event Steward must receive requests for pre-registration refunds in writing, postmarked or e-mailed no later than 10 days prior to the event. Refund requests should include the same information that was submitted in your registration (you should have received an email when you registered).
4. Refunds will only be paid via check from the hosting group after the event is over and the account has processed. A processing fee of $5 or the PayPal processing fee, whichever is greater, will be charged to all refunds for PayPal reservations.
