Merchant registration for 2018 is not yet open.

Merchant Fees
$50 first booth space.
$35 additional booth spaces.

All spaces will be marked, approx 7'x7'. Each space includes a tables and two chairs by default; merchants may request no table be set up in their space. Additional chairs may be requested, and will be placed if available in the order of registration. Special requests (end of aisle, near an outlet, etc) will be considered in the order of registration, and should be indicated in the "specific requests" section of the registration form.

All merchant payments are due by November 30. You will receive your table placement assignment after paying gate (Troll) the morning of the event.

Merchant Setup
Merchant check-in will begin at 6:30 AM. Gate fees (Troll) is not included in the table fees.
Site will open to the populace at 9:00 AM. Site closes at 7:00 PM.
No refunds of merchant fees will be granted after November 30, 2018.
