ECGtoHR

ECGtoHR is a computer application to estimate the heart rate from an electrocardiogram. This program aims to identify the heartbeat signals from noisy ECG records obtained from free-ranging animals by biologging approach.


System Requirements

  • ECGtoHR is a computer application working on IGOR Pro (Wavemetrics, Portland, OR, USA).

  • You should have IGOR Pro 7 or later.


User License Agreement

  • The author takes no responsibility for its use or misuse.

  • ECGtoHR is available, at no charge, for academic use.

  • Any code derived from ECGtoHR should not be sold for commercial purposes.

  • Cite the use of ECGtoHR whenever possible.
