ECGtoHR
ECGtoHR is a computer application to estimate the heart rate from an electrocardiogram. This program aims to identify the heartbeat signals from noisy ECG records obtained from free-ranging animals by biologging approach.
System Requirements
ECGtoHR is a computer application working on IGOR Pro (Wavemetrics, Portland, OR, USA).
You should have IGOR Pro 7 or later.
User License Agreement
The author takes no responsibility for its use or misuse.
ECGtoHR is available, at no charge, for academic use.
Any code derived from ECGtoHR should not be sold for commercial purposes.
Cite the use of ECGtoHR whenever possible.
