Oral presentations
Facilities:
All lectures and oral presentations will be held in the Hotel conference. A video-projector and a computer will be made available. Note that the computer may be compatible with only pdf and powerpoint files. The participants should check their presentation before their session starts, whether they use their own laptop or the conference computer.
Time allowed for presentation:
Plenary lecture
Oral presentations
30 minutes
20 minutes, and 5 min. discussion
Poster presentations
Posters will be displayed in a room located close to the lecture hall. The poster supports allow a poster size of 120 cm (height) by 90 cm (width). Posters should be mounted in the morning, and will be on display for the whole meeting. They should be removed at the end of the meeting. Posters left after the meeting will not be sent back to the authors.
