Skype Japanese lessons KokoroTalk is an educational website that aims to provide private Japanese lessons via Microsoft Teams for those who wish to acquire Japanese language skills. Only those who agree with this purpose and policy can use this site.
About Classes
One lesson is 50 minutes as the class schedule shows. Since the lesson is private, the tutor will deal with students flexibly depending on their levels and what they want to learn. (Examples : conversation, grammar, pronunciation, reading, writing and so on.)
Scheduling
◆Lessons are basically held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The schedule is from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the morning and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the evening. These times are in Japan Time. Please check your local time on Google Calendar.
Cancellation of a Class
( Students cancellation)
◆If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please notify me as soon as possible, at least two hours in advance, otherwise, it will be treated as an attendance.
◆If you don't notify me and fail to answer the call not later than 10 minutes, it will be treated as an attendance.

◆Lessons may be suddenly cancelled in the following cases:
1) Unexpected computer problems or connection problems.
2) Unexpected personal problems such as a sudden illness or family emergencies.
About Payment
◆Students have to pay lesson fees to begin a lesson.
◆ frequency-based courses: You can buy a lesson ticket.
1 lesson ticket costs: ￥950 + PayPal fees (4.1%+40)
Course A : 10 lessonsー￥9,000
If you use PayPal : ￥9,430 (including PayPal fees)
Course B : 20 lessonsー￥17,000
If you use PayPal : ￥17,770 (including PayPal fees)
※ The lessons for Course A and Course B (or less than 10 lesson tickets ) should be done within 5 months and 4 months respectively.
※ If I need to cancel a class, your ticket’s validity period will be extended accordingly.
◆International payments can be paid via PayPal. To start a lesson, students have to transfer the fee to the following address.

◆Domestic payment can be paid by bank transfer. In the case, please let me know.
◆After payment is confirmed, lessons will begin as scheduled.
Termination
In the event of unavoidable or uncontrollable circumstances, such as a natural disaster, lessons can be terminated temporally or permanently without advanced notice.
These policies may be amended as the need requires.

スカイプ日本語レッスン KokoroTalkは、日本語能力を高めたい方を対象に、マイクロソフト・Teamsによる日本語の個人レッスンを提供することを目的とした教育サイトです。この趣旨と方針にご賛同いただける方のみ、ご利用いただけます。
About Classes
1レッスンは50分です。プライベートレッスンのため、講師は生徒のレベルや学びたいことに応じて柔軟に対応します。(例：会話、文法、発音、読解、作文）
Scheduling
クラスは基本的に月曜日、水曜日、金曜日に行われます。
時間は午前9時から12時まで、午後7時から9時までです。
これらの時間は日本時間です。現地時間はGoogleカレンダーでご確認ください。
Cancellation of a Class
◆予定された授業に出席できない場合、できるだけ早く、遅くても2時間前にキャンセルの旨を伝えてください。そうでない場合は出席扱いとなります。
◆連絡なく欠席した場合やクラスが始まって１０分以内に返事がない場合は、出席扱いとなります。

◆以下の場合、レッスンが急にキャンセルされることがあります。
1) 予期せぬコンピュータのトラブルや接続の問題。
2）急病や家族の緊急事態など、予期せぬ個人的な問題が発生した場合。
About Payment
１０回分、または２０回分を買うことができます。６か月以内有効です。
Course A : 10 lessonsー￥9000 +PayPal fees (￥9,430 ）

※10レッスン未満の場合、１レッスンあたり ￥950 + Paypal fees となります。
◆海外からのお支払いはPayPalにて承ります。 レッスンを開始するには、受講料を以下のアドレスに振り込む必要があります。

◆国内送金で、PayPal 以外のお支払いの場合は（銀行振込み）お申し出ください。
◆入金確認後、予定通りレッスンを開始します。
