The Kings Valley Community Hall is available for rental. We welcome those from within the Kings Valley community and from outside areas to request rental for events. The rental fee includes use of the main room, the grassy outside area, the full kitchen, one restroom and the parking areas.

Rates for Trust Sponsored Events

All events benefiting the community at large are considered "Trust Events." Meetings and events benefiting the community may be arranged without fees applied, as determined with prior Board approval.

Dates reserved when payment received at least 24 hours in advance.
Full rental rate refunded if cancelled 14 days in advance. No refunds granted if cancelled with less than 14 days notice.
No smoking allowed (tobacco or marijuana) on premises.
If alcohol is to be served, user must agree to and sign the Alcohol Use Agreement (see link below).
During COVID-19 pandemic, must agree to and sign the COVID-19 Waiver (see link below).
Only service animals allowed in the building.
Disabled parking only adjacent to church. Additional parking across the street.
