Well this is pretty much a port of STALKER Shaders MAX for Call of Pripyat. It seems that GSC may have learnt from me and developed a solid shader system incorporating most of my optimisations. It seems also that the shaders cannot be mounted into the game so any third party shaders cannot be used thus these don't do anything :C
